How do we live ?
We live in a society where we are moving so far away from whats real , starting from food to our emotions and wellbeing .
We have turned upside down the food pyramid and are living off processed white carbs and pre-packed food .
Did you know that global vegetable intake is 40% below the recommended three servings per day, fruit intake 60% below the recommended two servings per day and legume and nuts intake 68–74% below the one to two recommended servings ? About half of the global population (48%) eats too many or too few calories . . It`s like we dont know anymore how to eat and live . . .
We are getting fed by big companies super ``yummy`` easy food which makes us sick and then being fed pills by same the company .
We have been made to believe that getting drunk during happy hour will make you happy and make all your problems disappear .
That sleeping for 8 hours straight without sleeping pills is only for teenagers .
That going for a run is only for health ``freaks `` and that exercise is some form of privilege .
That crying and being sad and dismissing all your emotions is a sign of weakness .
And then dismissing yourself as a person and human being is NORMAL .
Exhausting to live this way, right ?
